For those who want to delve deeper into different aspects of Mindfulness. This course will allow you to achieve higher levels of clarity in your mindfulness practice by introducing elements of the Buddhist practices of Vipassana and Shamata.
What is the course modality?
The Mindfulness distance courses consist of 8 video classes. Each class lasts approximately 50 minutes.
How do I receive the classes?
– Once you enroll in the course, you will receive your username and password for accessing the 1st class on your phone or via email within 24 hours.
– Classes will be delivered weekly. Every 7 days, you will receive and be able to view the next class.
– Classes will not be expedited, with only 1 class provided per week.
What is the relationship with the tutor?
You will be contacted via email by the course instructor, who will be your tutor. They will personally address your questions.
What is the course fee?
– Fee for each 4-class Module (1 month): USD 150 dollars. Paying for 2 months in advance.
– Fee for each Module without discount: USD 190 dollars.
– Fee for both levels: USD 380 dollars
– Fee for both levels with a discount: USD 300 dollars (USD 80 discount).
