Meditation

This course is aimed at anyone seeking an understanding of the profound dynamics of their mind while engaging in concentration and mindfulness practices. These practices will enable participants to interrupt erroneous mechanisms of thinking, feeling, and acting that lead to suffering and pain. We will explore meditations from various traditions, aiming to foster the integration of these traditions and providing practitioners with a range of techniques that facilitate psychological balance in their daily lives. The course will delve into the workings of the mind based on Carl G. Jung's Archetypal Psychology and G. I. Gurdjieff's Psychology for Awakening.
